NETMOD WG:
After much discussion, The Chairs believe there is rough consensus to
move forward and adopt the base requirements as listed in
draft-chairs-netmod-opstate-reqs-00.
We therefore believe it is appropriate now to adopt
draft-chairs-netmod-opstate-reqs-00 as
a NETMOD WG draft to capture these requirements as official WG items. We as a
WG need to
continue to refine some of the finer points in the document such as the
terminology,
but by in large, it is clear that the requirements as stated at present are
close enough
at this point.
The new draft will be published as draft-ietf-netmod-opstate-reqs-00
shortly.
We appreciate and thank all who contributed to the draft and discussions
for their patience and effort around this.
