As I was updating another draft, I spotted a minor nit when looking at
the derived-from example on 10.4.1.1, page 165.
The derived-from example is:
when 'derived-from(type, "exif:ethernet")';
but the prefix "exif" isn't actually defined in the module. Adding a
prefix statement to the module may help clarify the example, although I
admit that it is fairly obvious ...
