leaf-list include-origin-filter { ... }
leaf-list exclude-origin-filter { ... }
Or we have a single leaf origin-filter which is a boolean expression
with origin values. Just like if-feature.
<origin-filter>(not default) and (not learned)</origin-filter>
but maybe this is overkill...
