Add a new section to discuss ECA Evaluation Exceptions. 6. Rewrite Introduction to highlight elevator pitch. 7. Replace implicit variable and explicit variable with pv-source variable and pv-result variable. 8. Take out function-call, cleanup-condition-action list, execution list, policy argument container, eca-script list at this moment
