I have lost the thread from June 2022 about when statements so have borrowed an e-mail with the right destinations.
Jan Changing a when statement from testing the whole tree to testing just the current branch in the tree as is now being mooted means that the constraint becomes more severe, less constrained. This would appear not to be allowed by RFC7950 s.1 (which I think gets it right) so a new module, with a new name, would be required.
