Jason, WG, There seems to be some confusion about the exact time of this interim. Earlier in this thread, there was a quite elaborate table evaluating the viability of various times of day. In that table, one of the columns is labeled CET. Closer scrutiny of the time offsets in that table suggests it should probably have been called UTC, however.
I suppose this means that most people (outside the CET zone) have interpreted the agreed upon time as 2pm-4pm *UTC* (1500-1700 CET). That is also what the calendar invite .ics file provided in the invitation suggests. In the invitation below, the time is given as 1600 UTC (=1700 CET). This seems to be two hours off. Could you please clarify what the exact time will be?
