A lot of changes went in -11, these changes were discussed on the mailing list,
at IETF118 and during the weekly calls.
Summary of the changes:- The revision-label-scheme has been removed. This is
because we will have a single versioning scheme.- The revision-label extension
has been removed. It has been moved to the YANG semver document (and renamed
"version").- The section on resolving ambiguous imports has been removed.- The
extension recommended-min has been renamed to recommended-min-date and, as the
name indicates, is now date specific.- The section on file names has been
removed. So we stick to file names as per RFC7950.- The section on versioning
of YANG instance data has been removed- Removed the statement that whitespace
changes requires a new version.

Abstract:
This document refines the RFC 7950 module update rules. It specifies
a new YANG module update procedure that can document when non-
backwards-compatible changes have occurred during the evolution of a
YANG module. It extends the YANG import statement with a minimum
revision suggestion to help document inter-module dependencies. It
provides guidelines for managing the lifecycle of YANG modules and
individual schema nodes. This document updates RFC 7950, RFC 6020,
RFC 8407 and RFC 8525.
