Dear NETMOD WG,

I have uploaded an experimental draft to datatracker containing the YANG module
file name convention that was previously included in the YANG module versioning
and YANG Semver work.

In short, the draft presents a convention to name YANG modules not only with
revision dates but also with YANG semantic version, i.e. the following would be
supported:

    [email protected]

    module-b#2.0.0.yang

Abstract:

This document presents YANG module file name convention. The
convention extends the current YANG module file name using
revision-date, with the YANG semantic version extension. The YANG
semantic version extension allows for an informative version to be
associated with a particular YANG module revision.
