The main update of -09 is that we have removed the following sentence, per Kent's example of client-triggered one-way configuration changes (e.g., ASCII-to-UTF8 conversion) raised in IETF 125 NETMOD session: "The immutability of any configuration data, and the value of any immutable configured data node, MUST only change via software upgrade, hardware resources change, or license change. " Another update is that we have added some text in Section 4.2.1 regarding discovery of "with-immutability" parameter support. Pending no WG objections, the authors believe the document is ready to move forward. Thanks.
