Hi,

As the author, I support the adoption of this document with the aim of helping 
gain and guide consensus towards the next version of YANG, and of documenting 
and reporting the evolving consensus to the community in a way that the WG can 
easily track.

I don't think that it necessarily should be taken all the way to RFC, probably 
that is something that the working group could decide down the line, but my 
leaning is that this should not be necessary since the YANG 2.0 RFC will likely 
indicate how it has changed.
