Hey Folks,

This update to the "yang2" document addresses issues raised durning or after 
IETF 125, specifically:

  1) all Verified and Hold for Document Update errata have been applied.

  2) the `make-baseline` branch has been merge, i.e., normative 
XML/NETCONF-specific definitions have been removed.

  3) a statement pointing to the "yang-next-agreement" document has been added.
