Hi, I'm working with SharingIsSexy.org and we're trying to find a lawyer who can donate some time to us to help us get our site up and running legally. We're not sure how 18 usc 2257 applies to an open posting site that is largely for personal expression and is totally free. Does it? What requirements do we have? I'd hate for our project to get stopped because of legal issues and we're excited to get started.
