Watsonville, Calif. -September 11, 2002 - Aladdin Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aladdin Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: ALHI) today announced it is continuing its tradition of donating $1 of each sale from its Website over the next 30 days to help nationwide charities. Donation proceeds from Aladdinsys.com ansdStuffit.com sales will be donated acccording to customers' charity of choice, from the following:

1. American Cancer Society: https://www.cancer.org/

3. American Red Cross: http://www.redcross.org/

4. Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS foundation: http://www.pedaids.org/
