Added torp to middle mouse button on keymap.
Fixed cloak phases to match 10 updates/second that is now the standard for
servers.
Fixed planet rotate option menu line that was too long.
Netrekrc option playerListBlankZeroKills to not display kills for ships with
0.00 kills.
Removal of some fixed server issues from todo list.
Ping fix (following Quozl).
