Well, it behaves similary to the "-t, --gap" option it enforces to use
1 CPU. Really "-b" option
just shapes (limits) the traffic rate at which trafgen can xmit the
packets. I think that may be we can change to
distribute the rate between other CPUs, I need to think about it how
it can help.
