Hey folks, here is a branch that only performs the changes for changing the return code from 202 to 200 for creates.
https://code.launchpad.net/~bgh/quantum/202to200/+merge/76803 Cisco team members, this patch includes a few changes of "202" -> "200" in quantum/plugins/cisco/tests/unit/test_cisco_extension.py , so it would be great if someone could take a quick peek to make sure they are happy with it. We decided to leave the behavior of the API unchanged with respect to doing a GET on an unset attachment. I've added a test case for this, and updated the API docs with example output for JSON and XML.
