Hi Willian, No worries, there will definitely a session on L3 at the summit as many people want to talk about it.
My goal was to first have a general discussion on the ML about the important items for Quantum to tackle in the Folsom timeframe, then once we've reach some consensus, register session on the website. For each topic, we'll identify the set of people who are looking to present, and make them "co-leaders" for the session (so there's no need to rush and be the first to register a session). Feel free to send out thoughts on L3 to the ML. Hopefully we can use the ML to distribute ideas and understand each others proposals and identify key differences. Then we can spend the summit (when we hopefully have access to whiteboards!) trying to hash out those differences.
