Looping in Ansis, as he said that with the new OVS + libvirt integration,
he believes that libvirt will automatically transfer the iface-id with a
live migration.  My testing had been done with the old OVS + libvirt model,
where we used type=ethernet, in which case iface-id configuration was done
entirely outside of libvirt.
