Hi Ryota,

Good to hear from you again.  I'm happy that NEC is looking to contribute
to Quantum.

Your TODO list below shows that you've been paying close attention to how
things have been progressing with Quantum during Folsom, which is great.
I think this is a very good set of items to focus on.

During the Folsom Design Summit in San Francisco, we had some initial
discussions about requirements for new plugins being added to Quantum.
 This is nothing specific to your plugin, but since this is the first new
plugin proposed during Folsom, its more a reminder to the community as a
whole that we need to finish that discussion.

I'll start another thread on this same mailing list to discuss this, but in
summary, the concern is just making sure that as new plugins are added, we
have quantum team resources willing to support and maintain the plugin
moving forward.  This support could come from existing core developers, or
from the plugin creators who commit to become core team members in the
future.
