You're right. However keep in mind that most of these are minor and fast
replied discussion (like a chat on IRC).

When I talk to Crash, I can use italian to express in a better way the same
concept. 
I could have directly sent an email to him, but since the message
might be of interest to Skler, I prefer to post it here.

We could create a dev-ntk mailing list, but since this list doesn't have much
traffic, we're keeping all the discussions here.

Obviously, all the major discussions will be in English: RFC, changes to the
protocol, and so on...

For example, when we were developing SNSD with efphe, we posted a first
message on the list, but since none replied, we've keeped all the rest of the
discussion on IRC.

If you want a separate dev-ntk or if you have a good advice to optimize this
situation, tell us.
