I think the problem is not about the page itself (although its very
poor english form)
but about the lack of other sources that are not the wikipedia page
itself or the
official netsukuku site.
There aren't pages elsewhere that talk about netsukuku.
Perhaps if the article was shorter, not deep in details, just stating
the general
aim of the project and linking to the main site, then it would be acceptable by
the english general notability guideline.

What do you think about it? Is it helpful to have a wikipedia article when the
project is still at very early stage and nobody uses it?
