Dima, you are willing to write down documentation for the project. This is a valuable resource for us. Writing documentation has to be a collaborative effort. We need to make it as easy, comfortable and fast as possible for everyone to contribute. A wiki is the best tool for a collaborative effort like this one, for sure it is better than an html file in a mail. The fact that you have problem with your access does not change this.
Try to find a way to contribute in this way. For example, install moinmoin or a tool to convert wiki formatted text to html.
