You could make a free video that does the job for now: give a basic idea of
the project. A couple of things we could do:

- make some simple animations that show the principals of normal internet,
explain it's hierarchical nature
- explain how a peer to peer network would work
- talk about the technical impact of having a non-hierarchical peer-to-peer
network
- talk about what the social impact of such a network could be
- have a webcam chat with some of the coders, let them tell some cool
anecdotes, insights, trivia or just have them introduce themselves and tell
what interests them in this project
- throw in a couple of cool quotes of TEDsters and other great thinkers
- spice it up with creative commons music or find some enthousiasts...

I've seen enough home-made "mini-documentaries" that blew my mind. It
woulnd't be that hard to get people fired up about Netsukuku, because in the
end: the core idea is simply that good! (-:
