I agree. I don't think a specialized distro would be useful to many
people, but perhaps a livecd?

A universal package would be best, but how much more complicated is that?
Or is it? Would people using it run into m/any conflicts with core
networking packages? I've know clue - I suggested the distro as it seems,
from my limited knowledge, that it would be simpler and thus quicker to
get Netsukuku out there and more available to people for trialling.
