Dmitry, I wish I could understand Russian better. I'm always intrigued by your posts and my gut feeling tells me that they're appropriate for general awareness (reading from the subject anyway). Perhaps it would be best to have an 'awareness' mailing list so as to allow posting material that regards administrative or legal issues and let the 'dev' list live of it's own.
Otherwise, you could do a synthesis of the article you post in a short paragraph in English. That would allow the community to get a glimpse of your contribution and then those of us who have time and knowledge to read the Russian article could do so freely. Thanks for your contributions.
