Its very rude to include a private email when replying to a list post. Most
folks have list mail filtered to a folder, and check it when they have time. By
sending directly to them, you potentially break that filter.
While we are on the subject of list mail etiquette, please trim your replies
so that we dont have to page through large amounts of text to get to your
reply. Makes it hard to follow the thread, especially on a mobile device.
