If I must:
        Rob contributes mainly to the GTK port of NetSurf, and helping
        with general portability issues between platforms. He wrote the
        Cairo rendering back end which gives the GTK port anti-aliased
        rendering, as well as devising the new themes format. Also some
        other minor contributions to the main base of the code.

        Rob does most of his development work on his Linux desktop
        running Ubuntu, and also makes extensive use of an A9 Home for
        testing. He also helps maintain the server that hosts the
        project's web site and mailing lists.

With respect only to nsgtk:
        * Advertisement blocking: complete.
        * Buffered rendering: nsgtk's rendering is always buffered.
        * Configuration: Almost complete. Most meaningful options work.
        * Dithering: This is handed for us by GDK and Cairo already.
        * Documentation: Past the building instructions and (fairly
          extensive) interactive help, there is indeed none. What sort
          of stuff needs writing?
        * Find Text: Not started
        * Full Save: Not started
        * Local history: This is almost done for nsgtk. Just a few
          tweaks.
        * Global history: There's some support for it, but it's very
          incomplete.
        * Hotlist/bookmarks: Not started.
        * Interactive help: Tool tips are pretty extensive over all the
          GTK GUI. Does not exist for the actual rendering area.
        * Memory cache: Should just work in nsgtk.
        * Printing: I've started to think about it. Needs Cairo backend
          updating.
        * Save as Drawfile: I suspect this will work as Save as PDF.
          perhaps as Save as SVG?
        * Save Location: Has no real purpose under GTK - users would
          just copy-and-paste the URL.
        * Save as Text: Not started
        * Text selection: Not started. My understanding is that this
          should "just work" when the GUI exposes drag events.
        * Themes: In progress for nsgtk.
        * Toolbar Customisation: Not started. Done at same time as
          themes.
        * Unicode Font Support: Complete, although I've not tried it
          with right-to-left text. Is this an issue with the renderer,
          or rufl?
        * URL Completion: Done.
        * View Source: Not started.

All the code for the format is there, including a command-line tool for
building them. Will this need a RISC OS GUI?

I need to spend a while chatting with Richard about this and how to move
it forward.

The new site's looking great - good job so far!
