Hi, I've made a new welcome page:
http://test.netsurf-browser.org/welcome/ The autobuilder could put that into the builds. I put it in netsurfweb/ so that all the web pages are in the same place. However, since I changed it not to rely on the main CSS file, I could move it to the netsurf/ bit of the repository. I think an offline welcome page is better than having an online one, especially since there are still quite a lot of RISC OS dialup users.
