I don't understand the motivation for this change and therefore I don't agree with it. * The difference in binary size (120K on RISC OS) is insignificant on all modern machines, probably under 0.1% of physical RAM. I support having the option for use on constrained systems. * MNGs are rare, and so I would agree that it would not be worth *adding* MNG support. However (1) we already have it, and (2) features are in NetSurf because someone added them because they thought it would be fun or they wanted to for some reason, not because of _need_.
