That as now been done:

It now:

  + Mentions NetSurf is a multi-platform browser
  + Lists front end options and says where they can be used
  + Mentions the framebuffer front end & it's portability
  + Has a more interesting History section, with images and timeline
  + Has some details about NetSurf usage and a photo of it running on
    some interesting hardware.
  + Covers whether to use a release build or a development build a bit
