This bit worries me. Are you saying that closing the last tab will always close the browser entirely? Close the appropriate scaffold, or what? Also, it'd be nice if closing the last tab could (optionally) cause a blank new tab to replace it instead. (Like Firefox does if you force the tab-bar to always be present).
