Given this guy's ability to ignore all email from me, it continues to
surprise me that he sends it.

Somebody want to deal with this?

Hello there

Thanks very much for booking a stand at the Wakefield RISC OS Show.

What I need from you now is the contact details that you wish to appear in the printed show guide, and also on the show web site at www.wakefieldshow.org.uk . It is particularly important that we get the show site updated as soon as possible. Apologies if this duplicates information already on the handwritten forms, but it's a lot quicker by cut-and-paste! :-)

Although we do have some contact details already, they may not be completely up to date, and for example the email address or telephone number that we use may not necessarily be the one that you wish to publicise.

So, please would you let me know the following - by email is fine.

1. Name of Company or organisation, exactly as you want it to appear

2. Postal address

3. Tel/Fax number(s)

4. Email address

5. Web site URL

6. A short passage of text for the show web site only, in which you describe what visitors to your stand can expect to see - what you will be 'showcasing', to use a rather inelegant modern expression. Most of you have exhibited with us before and will know exactly what is needed.

If you wish any of the above details omitted then simply indicate this, or leave a hyphen in place of them.

Kind regards

Rick Sterry
WROCC
