I've never see one myself either.

The URL is copied in to the URI Distpatcher modules workspace, and a 
pointer is passed around in the message, so is independant of the wimp 
message length.

I don't know what most apps are doing, but I thought that the accepted 
wisdom is to check for the presence of the URIDispatch SWIs and use if 
present, only dropping back to the ANT URL broadcast protocol if not 
present.
