For the interest of this list:

- state the version of NetSurf you are using.

February 2nd.

-say what hardware and operating system you are using.

RO 5.13, iyonix.

- say whether you can reproduce the problem or whether is was a one-off
reproducible

- explain clearly and concisely the precise nature of the problem.
(eg. does the computer hang, does NetSurf crash or report an error or
is there a layout problem on a particular site? If it is a layout
problem, please explain what is wrong.)

Word file called "letter/doc". Drag to attachment field, press attach
button, error reported (IIRC 'transfer failed', to specify in bug
report) in HTML.

- if a specific site is failing, give the full URL.
Googlemail compose attachments field.

- list the exact steps required to reproduce the bug.
Drag file from directory from non-root directory to attachment field,
press attach button.
