Not unless it's a Zip, GZipped Tar or BZipped Tar. Specifically this is because most of us don't develop on RISC OS, and as such we typically want to unpack bug reports using tools available on Linux. Please check and if the archive is not in one of the above formats, recompress it and reattach it to the bug report.
