I've subsequently found that other BBC pages currently have the same problem. Auntie seems to have her knickers in a twist. What is the correct browser behaviour? NetSurf complains that the goods are not as advertised but Firefox 3.0, on a WinXP machine, displays the original link, bogus JPEGs and all, without any problem. Tony
