http://www.billion.com : most links are to a page which refreshes to an html page (why they do that is a mystery!) but the tags do not refresh.
e.g. <meta http-equiv="refresh"meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0.5;URL=http://www.billion.com/support/download/fd/fd3-Home-Networking-wireless-ADSL2-router.html";> does not! Netsurf cannot cope with the 0.5 timing. Change it to 0, 05 or 5 and it's fine!
