The major change is a rewritten and more flexible cache system. It enables
us to make the most of the improvements brought about by libcss, as well
as reducing unnecessary fetches.
Please report any issues you find.
I'd like to hear from users of NetSurf and WebJames on the same machine.
The old deadlocking issue should be fixed, so please let us know if things
are now working as they should.
