Printers 1.91a and/or RISC OS 6, plus printing to a non-PS driver, AFAICT
(RO4.02 with Printers 1.64a doesn't exhibit the problem, which is a shame as
that's easier for me to test on).
I can certainly reproduce it here; is anyone filing a bug report?
