I had a problem after updating a web page. NetSurf displayed the old version so I did a refresh but the first two images which were named the same as the previous ones were not reloaded. The third image which didn't have a predecessor loaded OK. So I then had to reload the first two images separately. Surely this shouldn't be the way it works?
