I believe I saw your post, but I can't recall having any difficulty
posting. Does your NNTP server require a userid and password that are
different from your e-mail password, and, if so, have you entered this
information in Nettamer? I did see a comment by Bob Buckland in the
Arachne mailing list that indicated that he found a problem with posting
to newsgroups with long names. I don't understand that, because I don't
know of any usenet groups that have more than 70 characters in the name,
and if the name will fit on one line, then Nettamer should be able to
post correctly. However, all my usenet newsgroups have relatively short
names, so I can't be sure, what the problem may be. Perhaps Nettamer
actually truncates very long names in the selection list. However, one
can edit that list with a text editor and maybe correct the names.
