Subject: Version 1.12 Of Net-Tamer Released -- Kind OF, Anyway...
As of 13:00 hours PDT, 16:00 hours EDT, David Colston's website listed
a new release of version 1.12.0 of Net-Tamer -- ostensibly THE final
release under that version number. However, the provided URL does not
point to an existing file, or did not as of 13:00 hours PDT. Perhaps
this will be remedied soon. Here is what David Colston's website says
about the new software:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Finally, the 1.12 release of the 386 version is here. The program now
deals with the larger usenet group list and has some minor corrections
in the packet level I/O. The XT and PT versions will change as time
permits.
