The FixTags utility is not at T-Burleigh's place, unless he has made it
available there as an alternate source. It is written by Dr. Charles
(Chuck) Hallenbeck and is at his home page:

under the software link. The files are fixtags.zip for the tagline
utility, fixlist.zip for the address list sorting and maintenance utility,
and fixpack.zip for the source code for both of them.
For the blind among us using screen readers and speech output to read the
URL, watch out for that <tilde> character in the URL.
