You can manually add the file name of a mailing list to your 
address.lst file so that when you want to send mail to that mailing 
list, you can pick it from your address book instead of having to 
remember how to spell it.  You'll have to use a text editor to do this, 
of course.  You should follow the format used for all other entries so 
that it will be easier to identify the entry when you search for it.  
What I mean by that is that you should include a description within 
parentheses similar to the other entries in the file.
