As "Mike Miller" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> asked about that: The sever
of the former SurvPC list had trouble and finally stayed offline,
now since nearly two month.
There is a "life raft" alternative list that is in place but evidently
a numer of former subscribers still do not know about it. So here are
some details:
Listname: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Sorry I cannot find back the subscription e-ddress but the list holder
is: Garry Hamilton ==> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
so just mail him to be put on the list.
Some other information:
--------------------quote:--------------
To obtain a list of messages send (empty) e-mail to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
and you'll get a list of index numbers for about 100
most recent messages.
To obtain a longer list of messages, send (empty) to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
(notice underscore between numbers) to get the
headers for messages 111 through 222 (or whatever
messages you need).
There is also a digest mode for those who need that.
if your address is [EMAIL PROTECTED], send (empty)
message to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
