That will happen if you have a message that includes a base64 or 
uuencoded attachment.  Sometimes, Net-Tamer will be fooled by a message 
that contains sections that are identified as multi-part mime, but are 
really only quoted printable.  Then it may also ask that question and 
you can answer N for no.   After that Net-Tamer will offer to save to 
the current path, and you can either accept or select a new path.  
_Then_ you can enter a new file name or you can allow Net-Tamer ot 
append the message to an existing file.
