Helsinki Invasion ist eine Tournee der führenden elektronischen
Musiker aus Helsinki/Finland. Diese Tournee beabsichtigt, neue
elektronische Musik aus Finland bekannter zu machen. Die Tournee
führt die Künstlern in große Städte, wie Stockholm,
Berlin, London, Paris, Moskau, St. Petersburg, New York, Chicago,
San Francisco, Peking, Sao Paolo, Tokyo usw. Die Künstler machen in
Berlin exklusiv im Ballhaus Naunyn Station.
Von Geräuschen zur Stille, von digital zu analog, vom städtischen
Soundscape zu elektronischen Geräuschen, von feiner Entwicklung zu
exzentrischem Chaos. Die finnischen Künstler, Petri Kuljuntausta,
Marko Timlin und Pink Twins stellen bei dieser ersten Zusammenarbeit
eine vielseitige Palette von zeitgenössischer elektronischer Musik
dar.

Helsinki Invasion is a collective tour of leading electronic
musicians from Helsinki, Finland. The objective of this
collaboration is to present new electronic music made in Finland to
the rest of the world. Their concert tour will lead them through the
main cities of the world including Helsinki, Stockholm, Berlin,
London, Paris, Moscow, St. Petersburg, New York, Chicago, San
Francisco, Beijing, Sao Paolo, Tokyo and many more. Helsinki is
known for its unique alternative music scene, as well as home to
numerous festivals and a springboard for several international
artists. The musicians of Helsinki have managed to turn the city’s
peripheral position and peculiar Finnish attitude to their
advantage, as they display unparalleled musical visions. Each of the
artists presented at Helsinki Invasion is well-known and respected
in their field, both locally and internationally. Pooling their
strengths for the first time, Petri Kuljuntausta, Marko Timlin and
Pink Twins show how things are done the Finnish way.
>From noise to silence, from digital to analogue, from urban
