I don't have anything to add over and above what others have
already said, but i wanted to express my great appreciation for
this nice (and human!) write-up you've provided. I think you're
quite right to dial down the anxiety and "just write", and i think
it really humanises you and the participants at this event i'm sad
to have missed.
