This is utter BS.

Information in the brain is stored in the discrete form, most likely in 6-bit 
words:

and is processed in a very discrete manner.

Equating information processing modes with semantics/politics/philosophy is as 
dumb as claiming that the city of Frankfurt is the cause of a certain strain of 
Marxism.
