What really caught my attention in this story is how bad UX (pardon my
French) could be potentially turned into a very good alibi!
"Glass gets really warm if it records for more than a few minutes and my
glasses were not warm."
Would be interesting to collect more marks like this from the world of
wearables and ubiquitous.
